baseLITE佰舍服務式公寓（上海新天地店） (baseLITE XINTIANDI Serviced Apartment)

位置就在地鐵老西門站出口，兩線交滙，往各景點十分近，省卻很多交通時間。酒店設計有很多共享空間，共享廚房，可自行煮食。入住頂層沒有電梯，需自行或叫職員拿取行李，有點不方便，但可以接受。整體十分滿意！

We stayed in room 219 (Standard Duplex Studio) and had a good experience. The shower has excellent water pressure and the drain worked perfectly, with no clogs. The mattress is firm and comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The room was clean and received daily housekeeping, including bottled water replenishment. It also has a kettle, a mini-fridge, a small workspace with a simple chair, and central air-conditioning with individual controls that cools the upper floor well. Despite being on a busy avenue, the soundproofing is effective and we didn’t hear any noise. The room has a small window, and there are larger windows in a storage area or narrow internal corridor that isn’t very functional. The hotel itself is quite convenient. Most of the front desk staff speak English, except for an older gentleman who works the night shift, but if needed, you can go to the reception in Block A, where there’s always someone who can communicate in English. The location is very practical, centrally situated for getting around the city, with a subway station in the building itself and another just across the street, as well as a market nearby and a convenience store at the entrance. Among the amenities, there’s a good free gym and at least two laundry areas with free washing machines and dryers, which was a big plus. Each floor has a guest kitchen equipped with good utensils and appliances, though it has few plates, no cutlery, and, unfortunately, is a bit dirty, with dishes left by other guests and many old items piled up. There are also several comfortable spaces to work. Access to the elevator includes a small set of stairs, which isn’t much of an obstacle. Overall, the stay was pleasant and convenient, with highlights in the room’s comfort, the location, and the hotel’s facilities, despite a few small details that could be improved.

看到窗戶很大就定了，上去才看到整個房間衹有一個小窗戶，窗戶就四十釐米寬五十釐米高左右，外面接的設備平台，窗戶不能開啟，基本上等於無窗。窗戶上有很久沒見過的鋁百葉窗，也是壞的，孩子爸爸沒見過閑的開著玩，吸引了寶寶，怕寶寶過去傷手我趕緊過去弄，結果手上被拉了個口子，感覺這種東西確實不適合在酒店房間裝。因為整個像住在地下室，我跟管家溝通換房，管家説這是精品房是已經升級了的，我看了官網上沒有，不過管家很負責，帶我去看空房，路上溝通説窗戶是開啟的部分很小嗎？感覺管家也不知道有這麼小窗的房間，後來換的房間很好，還有洗衣機，不用去公共洗衣機看著了。

酒店地理位置非常好，位於市中心，樓下就是地鐵站，出行方便，可直達機場。周邊生活設施齊全，有便利店、快遞櫃、外賣櫃和盒馬等，日常生活非常便利。 酒店服務細緻貼心，設有洗衣房和廚房，工作人員也非常熱心，會幫忙收快遞、搬運行李。原房續住的手續辦理順利，服務人員有問必答，整體入住體驗非常愉快。

第三次來上海遊玩，這次是2大ㄧ小，需要可以3個人睡的房間，剛好看到Base lite 有類樓中樓的房型，也符合我的需求，馬上就網上預定啦 地理位置是新天地的外圍，所以想逛新天地也是相當的方便，或是想去外攤、豫園也是很近，飯店樓下就是地鐵，所以出行也是相當方便 前台服務也是相當不錯，有任何的問題，服務人員馬上幫忙處理完成，唯獨有一個小小的缺點，就是房間內沒有電視，回飯店後是有些無聊，但也可能是我訂房時沒注意到是基本房型吧，這ㄧ點點小瑕疵不影響整體居住的好印象，下次再來上海會第一考慮這裡

特別滿意並且推薦的一家酒店。這次來梅奔看演唱會，必須誇的就是地理位置，地鐵老西門出站步行一分鐘就是酒店，三站地直達梅奔，去南京路，虹橋，上海站，都地鐵直達。附近很多吃飯的地方，看完演唱會回來點了夜宵也很方便，**外賣櫃就在樓下。房間乾淨整潔，一個人住非常完美，管家也是24小時在線服務，非常熱情。

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere le attrazioni principali anche andando a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare :) altrimenti la metro numero 10 e la numero 8 sono praticamente all'ingresso. Il personale è stato molto gentile e la struttura ha sia lavatrici, che postazioni per giocare a biliardo,ai videogiochi e un cinema (che però ha un orario strano: è utilizzabile solo fino alle 17...), e anche una palestra. Unica pecca è che la camera era molto piccola - come segnalato nella prenotazione, ma con cambio di biancheria e bottigliette di acqua nuove ogni giorno. Raccomanderei la struttura!

第二次住了。 1. 前台服務非常貼心，主動提出協助搬行李上樓，比住酒店的體驗還好。 2. 這次住到的房間窗外景色絕佳，光是這個就值了。 3. 房間裡面就有一台洗衣機，冰箱也有，所有用品都很整潔齊全。 4. 樓下有麥當勞、全家、wagas，還有一家共享辦公室，約朋友來坐坐也挺不錯的。 5. 交通非常方便，老西門站1號出口直達，基本不用在外面走路。 真的無可挑剔，下次來也住這裡。

La stanza era un po’ più piccola di quella mostrata in foto. Non aveva il salottino con il soppalco. E non aveva la televisione. Però per il resto tutto ok! Ho apprezzato molto i saponi, non le solite confezioni mini, ma quelli grandi. Presente anche il balsamo e la crema per il corpo. Top! Vicina alle varie attrazioni di Shanghai!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Although I had to climb a stairs to reach my room, the staff were extremely helpful. Most importantly, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe walking around since it was right next to the Metro station and a Family Mart. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I visited Shanghai in the future
